Company is planning to engage 6 candidates who are pursuing MBA Degree as ‘Summer Trainee’ in different geographies of West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, Chhattisgarh from 2021 for 2 months (May to June). RSFPL invites CV of the desired candidates who are interested to work with the farming community to explore rural marketing. Company will undertake interviews of shortlisted candidates over Video Calls in the month of January 2021. Company will provide certificates to the successful candidates. Mr Tapas Konar, CEO, RSFPL will directly guide the Summer Trainees. The number of Summer Trainees may increase in the coming years. We also plan to hire ‘Winter Trainees’ in the next couple of years depending on the requirement.

We will also be open for the right candidates if they choose RSFPL to build their career. We invite candidates pursuing MBA Degree on Marketing, HR and Finance.
