In this dynamic world Human Resource is the most important aspect which drives a company to meet its bottom line targets through efficient team members. HR plays an important role to maintain the Human assets pipeline and top line in any organization.

Ms. Shabtab Enab Hashmi has joined us last year and she is taking care of HR department with the support of HR Assistant under her guidance. Ms. Shabtab Enab Hashmi is an MBA in HR.

Our HR Department has played a notable role in last one year by structuring different polices, pay structures of the employees a robust appraisal process, on time reimbursement of travel expenses, on time salary, monthly rating of the employees, introduction of ‘Agraj’ and ‘Anuj’ programmes to motivate the sales force under different statures. Leave management system has been structured well by HR department last year.

Attrition is very common now –a –days  in any commercial house and our company is no exception. Our HR Department is quite vigilant to arrest the attritions immediately for initial screening of CVs, final interviews, on boarding process of the selected candidates followed by orientation programmes of the selected candidates to make them feel at home.
