This year monsoon story was the repetition of last year. Same shortfall of rainfall and uneven distribution led to very poor sowing, particularly in Jharkhand & Bihar. Worst hit areas were Dumka, Deoghar, Nawada, Banka, Godda, and many adjacent districts. We ended up with 8% sales return on an aggregate .

Industry had a very good year for hybrid paddy and there was a huge shortage of hybrid paddy. Companies having hybrid paddy have done well in general. We have also done well apart from few products. We have seen vegetable seed sales to grow significantly. Also we have done well in paddy and maize sales than last year. This has been possible because of meticulous planning and relentless efforts from a ‘Die Hard’ sales team!

This year Assam, Odisha, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh & MP have performed well than UP, Bihar & Jharkhand. Late rainfall in August and September has created & raised hope in farmers’ mind for the upcoming rabi crops like wheat, mustard, rabi paddy etc.

Due to scarcity of rainfall in initial stages, many companies have faced problems of germination in paddy & maize in huge levels. We have placed well processed and good quality materials in the market and thus avoided this type of problems as our focus is quality sales than quantity sales.

I am feeling very proud to share with you all that we have received 3 ISO certifications which are as follows :

1. ISO 9001:2015- Quality Management System Certificate
2. ISO 14001:2015- Enviromental Management System Certificate
3. ISO 45001:2018- Occupational Health & Safety Management System Certificate

Also I am very honoured, proud and thrilled to share that our company has added another feather in his crown by having “Great Place To Work” certification.
